We offer a broad range of support services, driven by our personal, individual assessment. All our clients have a personal, individual assessment at inception that ensures they are involved in all decisions regarding how their care package is coordinated.

We encourage our clients to participate in the process of recruiting staff. This may include contributing towards the writing of job descriptions, skill matching forms, and interviewing potential staff members.

From our assessments we produce clear, concise, catalogued and auditable documentation that helps keep our clients safe and monitor any change. Every six months we encourage our clients to have a person centred plan review that involves all stakeholders, such as family member's social workers, nurses and Just ONE staff.
