It is with great satisfaction that we can announce our recent CQC audit has been passed as ‘Good’
CQC have acknowledged that we are a safe, caring organisation that is well lead and that our staff are knowledgeable, respectful, knew how to report safeguarding and provide good care and support.
The Senior Management team in the office, the admin team who safely recruit our and most importantly our fantastic staff out in the field who are working diligently in an extremely pressurised environment have done a fantastic job.
CQC were also impressed with our developing Quality system led by Pete Jones (Quality Manager) and our strategic approach to try and improve all sections of our care in what is a very difficult market.
This now gives us a solid foundation to push on and provide even better care going forward.
Thank you for your patience and understanding over the past 18 months whilst we have made some rather drastic changes to the way Just ONE operates. As our CQC report suggests, it has been a very worthwhile exercise.
