Our CYP Dept have been successful for the South Gloucestershire Leaving Care Framework. The Framework that includes Somerset and Wiltshire is for accommodation and support services to 16+.
Just ONE will find a property for a young person in any desired area and fully furnish the property. The young Peron will move into their new home with a dedicated staff team delivering bespoke support around their own needs.
